Medical Receptionist – Woodholme After Hours Care
Part time (Monday- Friday 5 pm – 9 pm) Medical Receptionist position available. We are looking for a professional with exceptional customer service skills for our busy medical practice. Successful candidate will be able to multi-task, prioritize and maintain patient flow within the office and on the telephone. Good organizational skills are a must. The job will consist of patient check-in, front desk payment collections, answering the telephone and taking messages, and appointment scheduling.
Minimum of 2 years of medical office experience is required. Must be computer literate. Legible handwriting with good spelling skills needed. Knowledge of health insurance plans highly preferred.
Medical Assistant – Reisterstown ENT
Opportunity for Medical Assistants with experience to join this multi-site, multi-specialty practice. You will work closely with the physicians in direct patient care to include performing vitals, exam room set-up and break-down, diagnostic and screening tests, triaging messages, administering shots, and all of the things that come up during a busy day in a medical office. A mindset to provide quality patient care and customer service are a must. Offices are located throughout the Baltimore City and County area.

Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant program and/or a minimum of 2 years related experience. Able to physically assist patients onto and off of examination tables. Must be computer literate with knowledge of electronic medical records and electronic practice management system a plus. NextGen experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail required.
